What is the iMpact Summit?

The iMpact Summit is a new event that aims to rethink value creation, cities, and systems through the prism of resilience, responsibility, and regeneration. PropTech for Good & partners brings together leading real estate leaders, leading founders, innovators, sustainability specialists, venture capitalists, real estate developers, policymakers, and the industry's most prominent changemakers to inspire, connect and collaborate for Good. Registration & Tickets

Can just anyone participate in the iMpact Summit? No, because we have a limited number of seats at our disposal and want to connect the right people, we have chosen to organize an invitation-only event.
Where can I buy my ticket(s) online?
Until what time can I buy tickets online? - Ticket sales close on 18 April 2023 at 23:59
Can I buy a ticket at the door? - No, that is not possible. You can buy tickets online until 18 April 2020 at 23:59.
Can I buy a single dinner ticket? No, you may only buy this ticket in combination with an event ticket. If you buy a loose dinner ticket then we will undo this purchase. If you buy a dinner ticket and you have dietary requirements please let us know ASAP so we can pass it on to the Social Impact Factory kitchen.
Can I give my ticket to another person if I am unable to attend? Yes, this is allowed provided there has been consultation with the event organizer.
Will I get my money back if I don't show up during the event? No, we do not do refunds. Until 20 March 2023, you can cancel and get your money back (minus the Eventbrite transaction fee).

Are there any sponsorship opportunities? Yes, it is possible to sponsor the iMpact Summit. Please send a message to Menno Lammers (Menno @PropTech.NL) to discuss the possibilities.

Summit

When and where does the iMpact Summit take place? The iMpact Summit will take place on 20 April 2023 from 10:00 (walk-in) to 17:00 (program). Drinks end at 18:00 and dinner starts at 18:00 and ends at 20:30.
Can I get access to the presentations after the Summit? - Yes, if you have bought an entrance ticket you can get access to the presentations (if the speaker agrees). If you haven't bought a ticket, you won't get access to presentations.
What is the working language during the event? English will be spoken during the tracks because of the international participants. We appreciate it if you also communicate in English during breaks, lunch, and dinner, but it is not a must.

Sustainability policy

We are taking steps to decrease carbon emissions across this event by providing low-carbon meals, reducing material use, suggesting public transport options, and offsetting travel emissions for in-person attendees.

LOW-CARBON TRAVEL - We challenge you to come by train, bike, or foot. We recommend offsetting your travel through verified, high-quality offsetting services such as Life Terra or Trees for All.
PLANT FORWARD MEALS - Our event catering will prioritize delicious, low-carbon meal and drink options.
REDUCING MATERIAL USE - To facilitate a circular and zero-waste event, we’re maximizing the use of our existing resources and eliminating single-use disposable items wherever possible.
REGENERATION - This event’s business model is based on the values of regeneration. This means that we redistribute capital towards projects that focus on land regeneration and empowering indigenous voices. Indigenous wisdom keepers and the land regeneration efforts benefit directly. 10% of income (total revenue minus fixed costs + VAT) on PTfG activities we donate to regenerative projects with a preference for land regeneration and empowering indigenous voices.
